The effective care for patients with self-poisoning with antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic drugs is associated with taking into account both clinical and adverse social, psychological and environmental stress factors. To identify their specifics, a retrospective analysis of 120 medical records and a clinical and psychological examination of 20 patients with antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic drugs self-poisoning and a comparison group of 34 patients with selfpoisoning with psychotropic drugs were carried out. It has been shown that the risk group for re-suicide in self-poisoning with antihypertensive and antiarrhythmic drugs is about 30% of patients. Risk factors are depressive symptoms that persist before discharge from the hospital, as well as dysfunctional personality traits (perfectionism in the form of increased preoccupation with the assessments of other people and frequent unfavorable comparisons with them, experiencing loneliness and isolation, increased impulsivity and a feeling of hostility from others) and unproductive ways of coping with stress (ruminative thinking or repetitive unpleasant and unproductive thoughts about anergy, lack of strength and loneliness). The results of the study and the developed psychodiagnostic complex can be used to identify targets for urgent psychological assistance and screening for the risk of re-suicide.ΠΡΡΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½Π°Ρ ΠΏΠΎΠΌΠΎΡΡ ΠΏΠ°ΡΠΈΠ΅Π½ΡΠ°ΠΌ Ρ ΡΠ°ΠΌΠΎΠΎΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡΠΌΠΈ Π³ΠΈΠΏΠΎΡΠ΅Π½Π·ΠΈΠ²Π½ΡΠΌΠΈ ΠΈ Π°Π½ΡΠΈΠ°ΡΠΈΡΠΌΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠΌΠΈ ΠΏΡΠ΅ΠΏΠ°ΡΠ°ΡΠ°ΠΌΠΈ (ΠΠΈΠΠ) ΡΠ²ΡΠ·Π°Π½Π° Ρ ΡΡΠ΅ΡΠΎΠΌ ΠΊΠ°ΠΊ ΠΊΠ»ΠΈΠ½ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΡ

Flow cytometry sorting of cells infected with African swine fever virus
The African swine fever panzooticΒ is continuingΒ to spread,Β and the numberΒ of affected countries and material losses are increasing. In particular, India, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, Greece and Bhutan joined the list of ASF infected countries in 2020β2021. The disease control is hinderedΒ by the lack of commercially available and effective vaccines, which, in its turn, is attributableΒ to the insufficient knowledge of ASF pathogenesisΒ and immune defense against the disease. The use of attenuated virus variants enables a thoroughΒ investigation of the factors influencing the virulence of African swine fever virus and the immuneΒ responseΒ to it. This involves the use of naturally attenuated virus variants, as well as of the variants attenuated by a long-term passaging of the virus in cell cultures. However, virulence heterogeneity characteristic of the ASF virus population, necessitatesΒ the additional selection of infected cells for the virus cloning. Conventional culture-based techniques for virus particle cloning are rather time- and labour-consuming;Β it is therefore appropriateΒ to use flow cytometry cell sorting for the selection and cloning of virus infected cells with a view of selectingΒ homologousΒ virus lineages.Β The paperΒ presentsΒ the results of sortingΒ of African greenΒ monkey kidney cells (CV-1) and porcine bone marrow cells infected with African swine fever virus; the cells were sorted into the 96-well culture plates using a MoFloΒ AstriosΒ Β EQ cell sorter in order to isolate a population of the virus originating from one infected cell. After the single cell sorting of the infected cell cultures into the 96-well plates, ASF positive cell detectionΒ rates in the plate wells were 30% for porcine bone marrow cells and 20% for CV-1

Aim: to evaluate the impact of tissue-engineered structures (TES) transplantation based on mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC) sheets in myocardial infarction on the activation of the epicardial cell pool and vascularization of the damaged zone.Materials and methods. Mesenchymal stromal cells were obtained from samples of subcutaneous fat of Wistar rats and C57Bl/6 mice. Tissue engineering structures were obtained by culturing cell sheets on thermosensitive plates (Nunc Dishes with UpCell Surface). Transplantation of TESs was performed after myocardial infarction modeling in rats by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery. Transplant cells and damaged zones were assessed using immunofluorescent staining of myocardial cryosections. The impact of MSC secretion products on the migration activity of epicardial cells in vitro was evaluated using the explant culture method.Results. MSCs in TESs after transplantation remain viable and induce activation of the epicardial cell pool and local increase of the damaged zone vascularization. The in vitro experiments showed that the conditioned environment of MSCs stimulates the migratory activity of epicardial cells and initiates the formation of activated Wt1/POD1 precursor cells.Conclusion. TES transplantation on the basis of MSC sheets seems to be a promising approach for effective delivery of viable cells into myocardium to activate the epicardial cellular niche and reparative angiogenesis.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ: ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡΡ Π²Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΡΠ°Π½ΡΠΏΠ»Π°Π½ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΠΈ ΡΠΊΠ°Π½Π΅ΠΈΠ½ΠΆΠ΅Π½Π΅ΡΠ½ΡΡ
